Viewing a flat to rent
Paula visits a flat with an estate agent: the rooms, the rent, the deposit, pets and the paperwork.
Renting in Spain comes with its own vocabulary: fianza, gastos de comunidad, nóminas. Listen for the numbers (rent, deposit, size) and for what is and isn’t included.
